Pixdez is a fully remote digital creative agency working with international clients. All services are delivered online through our remote production systems and team workstations.

We may also provide additional services related to these core areas.

2. Services

Pixdez provides creative, design, development, and digital marketing services based on agreed project scopes, proposals, subscriptions, or custom service packages.

All services are delivered based on:

• Written agreement, proposal, or invoice

• Approved scope of work

• Client-provided information and materials

Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide clear instructions, assets, and feedback

• Ensure they have legal rights to all materials they provide

• Respond in a timely manner to avoid project delays

• Use deliverables in compliance with applicable laws

Pixdez is not responsible for delays caused by lack of client communication or incomplete information.

4. Payments & Billing

• All projects require payment as outlined in the proposal, invoice, or subscription plan.

• Work may begin only after required upfront payments are received.

• Late or missed payments may result in paused work and delayed delivery.

• Ongoing services (such as marketing, SEO, or retainers) may renew automatically unless canceled in writing.

Pixdez reserves the right to withhold final files or access to deliverables until full payment is received.

5. Ownership of Deliverables

Once full payment has been made:

• The client owns the final approved deliverables created specifically for them.

• Pixdez retains the right to showcase work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If payment is not completed, ownership of unfinished or unpaid work remains with Pixdez.

6. Revisions & Scope Changes

Projects include a limited number of revisions as defined in the agreement. Additional revisions or major direction changes may be billed separately.

7. Service Refusal & Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:

• A client violates these Terms

• There is abusive, illegal, or unethical behavior

• Payments are not made

In such cases, work may be paused or terminated without liability beyond completed, paid work.

8. No Guarantees

While we aim for high-quality work and best practices, Pixdez does not guarantee:

• Specific business results

• Sales, rankings, traffic, or conversions

• Performance of third-party platforms or tools

9. Limitation of Liability

Pixdez is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
