Refund Policy

Last Updated: February 5, 2026

At Pixdez, we want you to feel confident working with us. Our goal is always to deliver work you are proud to use. If something does not feel right, we will work with you to fix it. This policy explains how refunds are handled.

1. Project Direction Approval

During the early stage of a project (brand design, UI/UX, website design, etc.), we present an initial concept or direction.

A direction is considered approved when the client:

  • Confirms by email or message that the direction is correct, or

  • Requests revisions that move forward with the same direction

Approval means we continue building the project based on that creative path.

2. Full Refund Eligibility

A full refund may be requested only in the early stage of a project.

You may qualify for a 100% refund if:

  • The project is canceled before any creative or technical work has started, or

  • You are not satisfied with the first concept or draft, and you request cancellation before approving the project direction

Before issuing a refund, we may first offer revisions or an alternative creative approach.

3. After Direction Is Approved

Once you approve the project direction and we move into deeper production (design refinement, development, marketing setup, strategy implementation):

  • Work time, research, and production resources have already been invested

  • Refunds are no longer guaranteed

However, if you are unhappy at this stage:

  • We will first offer revisions

  • We may assign a different designer or specialist

  • We may provide alternative creative options

Partial refunds may be considered depending on how much of the project has been completed.

4. Non-Refundable Work

The following work is generally non-refundable:

  • Strategy sessions and research

  • Brand strategy and positioning work

  • UI/UX research and wireframing

  • Web or app development already completed

  • Marketing campaign setup and technical configuration

  • SEO setup, audits, and optimization work

These services involve time and expertise that cannot be reversed once completed.

5. Final Delivery

Once final files, websites, designs, or digital assets have been delivered:

  • The project is considered complete

  • Refunds are not available

This applies whether or not the files are downloaded or used.

6. Monthly or Ongoing Services

For services such as marketing, SEO, or ongoing support:

  • You may cancel before the next billing cycle

  • No refunds are provided for the current billing period

  • Work completed during the active period remains billable

7. Client Inactivity

Projects require client communication. If a client does not respond, provide feedback, or approve work for 14 or more days:

  • We may mark the project as closed

  • Work completed up to that point will be considered delivered

  • No refund will apply for completed work

8. When We Take Responsibility

Pixdez will take responsibility and review refunds in cases of:

  • Major technical failure that prevents delivery

  • Serious production error on our side

  • Clear failure to provide the agreed core service

9. Before a Refund, We Try to Fix the Issue

Before processing any refund request, we may offer:

  • Additional revisions

  • A different creative direction

  • Reassignment to another team member

  • Extra support to align the work with your expectations

In most cases, this resolves the issue quickly.

10. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at:

Email: hello@pixdez.com

Please include:

  • Your name and company name

  • Project name

  • A short explanation of the issue

Each request is reviewed individually and fairly.

11. Our Commitment

We are here to build long-term relationships, not one-time transactions. Our focus is always to deliver work you feel confident using, and we will make reasonable efforts to ensure a positive outcome.
